Installation
Hardwood floors can be installed above or below grade, on concrete slabs,
over plywood subfloors, or over existing wood floors. With concrete, moisture
control is essential, but can be managed with a film barrier applied directly
over the concrete.

Dustless Sanding
Traditional hardwood floor sanding is typically an extremely dusty
process - a dust-storm in your home, lingering dust in your air-ducts, and a cleanup headache that feels
like it will never end. Now, Weeks Hardwood Flooring offers a cleaner,
healthier and faster process with the amazing Atomic® Dust
Containment System from
Bona Kemi.
Re-Coating
Recoating a hardwood floor should be performed by an experienced hardwood floor
professional, WEEKS Hardwood Flooring. Some Hardwood floors can not be
successfully re-coated. Discoloration from under area rugs, or those improperly
cleaned with oil soaps or harsh cleaning solutions, all can damage the floor
which will cause guaranteed failure.

Waxed Floors
For our customers who prefer true to tradition and for restorations, we offer
floor waxing. Assuming you don’t need any serious remedial work, we strip off
what’s left of the old wax and apply a new coat.
